<div>In this critical leadership role, you will work in lockstep with the Head of Product + Delivery to optimize our existing product ecosystem while pioneering the future of our platform. You will dedicate 80% of your focus to the architecture, build, and global launch of our next-generation replacement product: the Direct Sales Module (DSM)—driving core development, managing direct reports, and achieving key milestones like our regional go-live. The remaining 20% of your time will see you providing strategic oversight for our current Automation product, collaborating directly with the Tech Lead to guide architectural choices and transfer critical feature crossovers.</div>

As an experienced Engineering Manager you will champion a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement including rigorous code reviews, robust automated testing, and proactive technical debt management. You will organize your globally distributed team using Agile best practices, partner closely with cross-functional QA, product, infrastructure, and security teams, and introduce AI literacy by leveraging tools like Cursor to supercharge engineering velocity.
